My Approach

I am personable, yet have a high regard for professionalism. I am trained in depth psychology, so I work with a relational approach with an ear to the unconscious processes alive in the clinical space. In trauma work, adjunctive services are often necessary, so if clinically indicated, I will refer out for EMDR, TMS, Neuro-feedback, Body Work, Trauma-Centered Yoga, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT, and/or whatever might help you. But most importantly, I do not look at people as only psychological beings, but as whole persons living in a mysteriously complex embodied interaction of familial, social, cultural, political, ethnic, and spiritual dynamics. So therapy with me will take all of you seriously and meaningfully.
